Me: There is such a thing as the 'democratic covenant,' whereby we the people delegate our 'people-power sovereignty' to representatives (current standard model), who then govern in our name; so-called "representative democracy" supposedly based on "of, by, for the people." IF that covenant is breached THEN so-called 'representatives' lose all legitimacy.

Such breaching began latest after 9/11.

IF so-called 'representatives' are corrupt (this breaching makes them so - if they were not already corrupt, probability approaching 100%), THEN no law they pass may be considered valid, and in particular, no wars may be initiated "in our name," nor any taxation validly imposed upon "us, we the people."
