Just to 'show the flag' ...
.. been doing a little revision.
My archive is less than random.
But what I read indicates:
.. ducks flying in formation (aka 'all in a row')
.. rather than merely at random.
The 'normal' tests, i.e. means, motive & opportunity, premeditation, presence, modus operandi & cui bono - all point to
.. the CIA.
