truth + justice = peace vs.
 liars murdering to steal
  what do you choose?

.. IF one has nothing to hide ...

.. THEN one has nothing to fear ...

.. so why is the NSA in such a panic?

Thesis/Subtitle: The mafia typifies organised crime,

Concomitant: the mafia murders its opposition -

Corollary: are US/Z regimes any different?

Musing: Honest people can live a full and happy life without lies; they can relatively easily detect lies flung in their direction, reject same, and see no need ever to deploy a single lie - why should they? I know of this process for a fact; by direct observation, admittedly only of a single example. But what works for Martha, will work for every Arthur, why not?

In fact, there's a mathematical method called induction; prove for n=1, then prove that IF the n-th is true IMPLIES that the n+1th is also true, THEN QED.

A lie[2] may be 'loosely' defined as some un-truth, deployed to deceive.

I mention the Zs, because their lies are shockers, that they claim some right to occupy stolen land, say, land stolen by murdering violence.

I mention the US, because their lies are worse, proof = multi-millions murdered, starting 6&9Aug'45, say, continuing to this day via N.Korea, Vietnam, some crappy little countries then Iraq, Libya and currently Syria. All by the US' own hand, or with/by their vicious proxies.

*None* have any right to murder for spoil, ever; the US/Zs are prime perpetrators.

It can also be proven, that the US' democracy, as most others resembling the US model are *sham*, i.e. democracy "of, by, for the people" is mostly honoured in the breach.

So it's the *regimes* that are rogue (except for the I/J/Z-plex, *all* more or less guilty), and with cynically, scientifically ppp-dd'd people, it's the regimes which are to be brought to justice.

End musing.

Guardian journalist's partner David Miranda takes legal action over Heathrow detention and seizure of Snowden material
By Europe correspondent Mary Gearin, wires
Posted August 21, 2013 07:22:24
«"With two GCHQ security experts overseeing the destruction of hard drives in the Guardian's basement just to make sure there was nothing in the mangled bits of metal which could possibly be of any interest to passing Chinese agents.
"'We can call off the black helicopters', joked one as we swept up the remains of a MacBook Pro."
Asked by the BBC who he thought was behind those events, Mr Rusbridger said he had "got the sense there was an active conversation" involving government departments, intelligence agencies and the prime minister's Downing Street office.»

[AusBC/'news']

Comment: 'We can call off the black helicopters', indeed. Recall Manning's 'best leak' = collateral murder.

Background article:

But Does Peeping Tom Protect You?
by L. Reichard White
August 18, 2013
«Statistics show the U.S. spends more than 50,000 times as much per victim on anti-terrorism than it does on any other cause of death, including heart attack, stroke and cancer. "50,000 times as much" is not a typo. For example, the U.S. spends $500 million ($500,000,000) of [US] tax money per victim on anti-terrorism efforts but only $10,000 per victim on cancer research.»

Comment: The article is packed with good citations; as usual, recommend reading it all.

Argument: Recall what happened; Snowden flew the US/NSA coop, landing in HK and began leaking. The US/NSA began its tantrums. Snowden flew to Russia, from where the US/NSA demanded his extradition, and the US/NSA demanded that P, F, E & I block president of Bolivia Evo Morales' plane, which was then searched in Vienna. Now the Guardian, its journalists and their partners have come under attack, disk-drives being smashed or confiscated.

So why is the US/NSA in such a panic?

-=*=-

Fazit: We can only think that the US/NSA fears worse is yet to come, for the only reason to try to grab Snowden's info is because the US/NSA knows what dreadful secrets that may be exposed.

I, for one, can hardly wait.

PS I see another down-side. The acts of the psychopaths running the rogue-regimes are becoming more desperate. I suspect that they may switch from spying on communications in general and the internet in particular, to actively interfering with content (if that's not already happening). How do we know, for example, if Google returns honest search results? Or that sources considered a threat to the psychopaths are being systematically blocked, or even being deleted = flushed down the memory-hole tor-let?

PPS Since then, my ZEIT ONLINE eml arrived (for those who don't 'do' German, I'll explain a bit below):

Basically, the German govt. has decided (says Die Zeit, 'substantiation' pending), that Windows 8 is too dangerous for government/commercial use, specifically due to some "Trusted Computing" feature, which (amongst other functions), provides a direct "back door" to NSA spying, or even NSA (or presumably unspecified others) taking control of the subject computer.

Then, corporations who have cooperated with NSA spying (like Google and Microsoft, say) fear - probably are already experiencing - negative consequences. Haw. Shows some people can exercise good sense?

Anyway, a new oxymoron has been introduced: "Trusted Computing." Who would expect anything else, from Amerika? Oh, and/or their hag-riders, the Zs.

Of course, "nothing to hide ... nothing to fear" is part of the crooked propaganda they try to swamp us with, as they raid our data (to see what they can use against us?) I've written about blackmail, briefings and treason before, here we see some of the evil aggressors' modi operandi exposed.

One other thing; many say "But surely, the Amis mean well?"

Me: No. We see too much evidence, of psychopaths 'at work,' with their lying, cheating and murdering for spoil. One horrific murder, and the populace for hundreds, thousands of km get outraged. The US/Z *rogue-regimes* are directly responsible for *mass* slaughter; they are just too far gone. It's *our*, we the people's responsibility, to save the planet, and stop these rogue-regimes in their criminal tracks.

Roll out the tumbrels.

New Zealand passes bill allowing domestic spying
     Updated August 22, 2013 10:50:48
«New Zealand has passed legislation allowing its main intelligence agency to spy on residents and citizens, despite opposition from rights groups, international technology giants and the legal fraternity.
    ...
The push to change the law came after it emerged last year that the GCSB illegally spied on Internet tycoon Kim Dotcom before armed police raided his Auckland mansion as part of a US-led probe into online piracy.»

Comment: Traitors sign sovereignty away via FTAs = corrupt laws/makers.

It illustrates elected representatives who say "I'll do what *I* want," irrespective of the people's wishes (here in service to the US),

It illustrates elected representatives who sign their country's sovereignty away via FTAs, say, allowing the US to force its domestic laws onto 'people not theirs' = treachery,

It illustrates elected representatives who sic their often militarised police forces onto citizens to intimidate, in extremes to imprison, for unjust-law (non-)offences (like here, media copying or otherwise 'harmless' drug use, say.)

«An opinion poll published in the Dominion Post newspaper on Wednesday found 75 per cent of respondents were concerned about the changes.»

i.e. Key ignores his electorate's wishes, just like JWHoward did, calling us "A Mob!"
