The Petraeus Affair vs. the CIA’s Long Criminal History
By Julie Lévesque
November 15, 2012
«The Chang Mai factory the CIA prevented me from destroying was the source of massive amounts of heroin being smuggled into the US in the bodies and body bags of GIs killed in Vietnam. (p. 165)
My unit, the Hard Narcotics Smuggling Squad, was charged with investigating all heroin and cocaine smuggling through the Port of New York. My unit became involved in investigating every major smuggling operation known to law enforcement. We could not avoid witnessing the CIA protecting major drug dealers. Not a single important source in Southeast Asia was ever indicted by US law enforcement. This was no accident. Case after case was killed by CIA and State Department intervention and there wasn’t a damned thing we could do about it. CIA-owned airlines like Air America were being used to ferry drugs throughout Southeast Asia, allegedly to support our “allies.” CIA banking operations were used to launder drug money. (pp. 165, 166) (Michael Levine, America’s “War on Drugs”: CIA- Recruited Mercenaries and Drug-Traffickers, wanttoknow.info, January 13, 2011.)»

Comment: How charming; "bodies and body bags of GIs killed," they criminalise drugs in order to enrich the CIA (too bad about the ~2mio US citizens in gaol, perhaps more than half 'drug-related.')

Petraeus: Resignation or Sacking?
By Stephen Lendman
November 12, 2012
«McGovern compared Petraeus to the “ghost of Westmoreland Past.” His Southeast Asia record included “deliberate distortion and dishonesty.” Intelligence analysts proved it.
Progress he touted was failure. Petraeus appears to be Westmoreland redux. Lots of evidence confirms it. Now he’s gone. Expect lots more said about him. It remains to be seen how much dirty linen will be aired.»

Comment: Petraeus saw the writing on the wall, it said "Git, while the gittin's good - or gets any worse, anyway."

Is this why CIA chief really resigned?
Gun running to jihadists could dwarf 'Fast and Furious' scandal
Published: 5 days ago
 by Aaron Klein
«Instead, the U.S. diplomatic mission in Benghazi served as a meeting place to coordinate aid for the rebel-led insurgencies in the Middle East, the security officials said.
Among the tasks performed inside the building was collaborating with Arab countries on the recruitment of fighters – including jihadists – to target Bashar al-Assad’s regime in Syria.
The distinction may help explain why there was no major public security presence at what has been described as a “consulate.” Such a presence would draw attention to the shabby, nondescript building that was allegedly used for such sensitive purposes.
...
Stevens served as a key contact with the Saudis to coordinate the recruitment by Saudi Arabia of Islamic fighters from North Africa and Libya. The jihadists were sent to Syria via Turkey to attack Assad’s forces, said the security officials.»

[warning! author apparently IL-based!]

Comment 1: Rather defeats the 'Syrian wannabe-democratic rebels' narrative, eh?

Comment 2: Lendman was correct; just look at what is shaking out of the 'dirty linen.'

Comment 3: Recommend read 'em all - I did.

Argument: Obama himself said: "the sex scandal ... has not compromised national security." Great reference & phew! - both are (and will remain) 'clean.' Anything about Benghazi is pure furphy; what *she* said was already in the (corrupt & venal) MSM, what *he* may or may not say to any inquiry is a) either fully covered by his 'terms of employment' and/or b) in any case, will never damage the rulers (= tyrants.) Proof of the latter is easy-peasy; never have an inquiry that harms - the tyrants.

What no one accounted for is us, we the (blogging) sheople = alternative 'media.' 100mio bloggers across the world sift, analyse - then speak the truth in the name of justice.

The only remaining problem for the happy couple is ditching respective spice (plural of spouse; mouse -> mice).

Fazit: Pssst! - Say no more.
